- Juice of roast or beef cube bouillon
- 1 to 3 cups water
- 1/2-1 cup cornstarch (mix with small amount of water)
- 1/2-1 cup flour (mix with small amount of water)
- salt
- pepper
Boil roast juice and water. While continuing to boil, add cornstarch and flour. Simmer 30 minutes.
