Ingredients
heavy whipping cream (darigold 40%)
Costco organic sugar (brown tint)
Directions
Blend 1 cup sugar to 8 cups cream (add sugar before blending) using whisk blender until very thick
Ie 2 cups cream to 1/4 sugar
