Monster cookies

1/2 c. butter

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. peanut butter

1 egg

1/2 t. vanilla

1 t. baking soda

1/4 t. salt

1 c. + 1 Tb. flour

choc chips, 1-1 1/2 cups

bake 350 8-10 min

Homemade Oreos (from Brooke Streadbeck)

2 devils food cake mix (not pillsbury brand)

1 cup shortening

4 eggs

Mix together, use hands if needed.

Make 1" balls.

Cook 350 degrees for about 8 minutes.

Cool completely. Fill with cream cheese frosting (below).

Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla
