It's what she wanted to do for her birthday! If you google "pioneer woman sushi" she has awesome instructions on how to do this and how to make the rice on the outside. It was super good!!! make sure you make the spicy sauce, it's actually not that spicy and makes it way better. and also dipping it in soy sauce :)
