Baked Chicken

Chicken (thigh, drum and/or breast)
salt
pepper
olive oil
2 TBSP butter
1 tsp thyme



Bake chicken at 375 F with oil, salt and pepper for approximately 1 hour. After baking, melt 2 TBSP butter in pan with 1 tsp thyme leaves and spoon over pieces.
