1 cu...If you have no dry milk and no bread machine<br /><br />1 cup warm water<br />2 pkgs yeast (4 1/2 tsp)<br />1/3 cup sugar<br />1 tsp salt<br />1 egg<br />1/3 cup milk<br />4 cups bread flour<br />1 1/2 Tbsp melted (but not hot) butter<br /><br />Put warm water and yeast in bowl for 10 min. Add sugar, salt, and egg and use whisk attachment and mix. Add butter and milk and mix. Add flour slowly and switch to bread hook attachment.<br />Rise for 1 hour.
