My family eats about half the recipe.<br /><br />To freeze, assemble and freeze (you can wait to put on sauce but putting on the sauce prior to freezing is easier for me). Take them out of the oven to defrost for about 20-30 minutes. Bake in preheated oven, adding 10 or so minutes.
